How does a Luxima Care plan work? +
You pick a schedule (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly) and we come to you on a recurring basis to maintain your vehicle. You're billed one flat monthly price — no per-visit invoices, no surprises. Cancel anytime — no long-term contract.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Luxima Care plans are month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel or pause your plan at any time before your next billing cycle. We just ask for 7 days' notice so we can free up your recurring slot.
What if it rains or I miss a scheduled visit? +
If weather forces us to reschedule, you get priority rebooking within the same week — no missed visit. If you need to reschedule on your end, just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move you to the next available slot.
Is paint correction or ceramic coating included in the plan? +
No — maintenance plans are designed to maintain a vehicle that's already in good condition. Paint correction and ceramic coating are one-time deeper services. If your vehicle needs a reset, we recommend a one-time Signature or Elite Detail first, then start a maintenance plan to keep it that way.
What if my car is heavily dirty or has heavy buildup? +
Maintenance plans are not designed for deep buildup, pet hair extraction, or heavy stains — those need a full detail first. After a one-time deep clean, the maintenance plan keeps your vehicle from ever getting back to that point.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later? +
Absolutely. You can switch between Monthly, Bi-Weekly, and Weekly at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Most clients start Monthly and upgrade to Bi-Weekly once they see how easy it is to keep their vehicle perfect.
How much do I save with a maintenance plan? +
Compared to one-off booking, plan members save:
